The City of Durham Parish Council is proud to support and sponsor the Durham Fringe Festival 2025.

This July, Durham Fringe Festival returns for its fifth year, bigger and better than ever. There’s something for everyone including theatre, comedy, dance, live music, spoken word, circus, daytime family shows, and much more.

The 2025 Durham Fringe Festival will return 23rd to 27th July. The North East’s biggest recognised fringe festival – featuring the best in dance, drama, magic, music, poetry, stand-up comedy and more.

Join us across seven city centre venues for a celebration of the arts like no other. We bring together the best regional talent, alongside phenomenal acts from across the UK and around the world. Get ready for an explosion of creativity in the heart of our historic city.
